How To Fill SEBI PACL Refund Application Form ?

• After getting successfully Login. you will redirected to the following page.
• Here you have to submit your personal details, bank details, document details and PACL certificate and receipt details.
• You have to fill 4 steps to complete PACL Refund Application Form.
• Fill your personal details in Step 1 and click on ‘Save & Next’ button to move to next step.
• In Step 2, applicant have to submit their bank details correctly and Click on ‘Save & Next‘.
• Now you see the following page after visiting on Step 3, enter your document details and upload scanned photograph, a copy of PAN card and a cancelled cheque or a banker’s verification letter.
• At last step of PACL Refund Application Form, you have to enter PACL certificate and receipt details.
• After entering all required details correctly, click on ‘Preview & Submit’ and you will see your detailed PACL Refund Claim Application Form.
• Check all your entered details in following preview page and if you wish to change any information click on cancel to edit the wrong information or else click on ‘I agree’ box and then click on ‘Final Submit’ button.
• When your PACL Refund Application Form is submitted, you will get following confirmation message with an acknowledgement number. A SMS regarding the same will also be sent to your registered mobile.
