• Here you have to fill details correctly such as Your PACL Registration Number, Captcha Code & Mobile Number. And click on “Generate OTP” button.

• After that you will received OTP from PACL on your registered mobile number. Enter this OTP correctly. If you entered OTP wrong by mistake, you can also re-generate OTP.
• After entering OTP, you have to enter Password of your choice. And click on the tick box available in front of ‘I agree with terms and conditions’ and click on the ‘Register’ button.
• After getting successful registration, you can now login to submit your PACL Refund Application Form.
